Shipping policy

Radiant Roots currently delivers within Australia only. Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may ship from overseas.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch.

For our current facial cleansing brush shipped through 4PX, estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Including processing, please allow approximately 10–18 business days from placing your order.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, weather and transport disruptions may cause delays. We will notify you of significant delays when we become aware of them.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking information will be provided when available. Items ordered together may arrive separately.

Please check your delivery address carefully. Email us promptly if a correction is needed, as changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact mutu202605@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
